In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
Add honey, melted butter, and egg. Mix well.
Slowly add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes or use a stand mixer with a dough hook.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush hot rolls with melted butter. Serve warm with cinnamon honey butter.
